De invoering van deze wet werd omschreven als de grootste wetswijziging sinds het invoeren van de Grondwet in 1848. Afgelopen jaar werd de praktijk voor het eerst geconfronteerd met de Omgevingswet. In het zesde en laatste artikel van deze reeks zal worden ingegaan op de wijziging van het begrip inrichting naar een milieubelastende activiteit.
